<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Communicate with customers via email and phone to support daily logistics operations.</li>
<li>Perform data entry, maintain and update Excel master files, and manage shipment records accurately and efficiently. </li>
<li>Utilize in-house freight forwarding systems to process, track, and manage shipments. </li>
<li>Monitor, track, and update shipment statuses as part of daily operational procedures.</li>
<li>Provide timely and accurate customer support, including real-time shipment tracking updates. </li>
<li>Organize and manage billing data, including Accounts Receivable (AR) tracking and documentation. </li>
<li>Troubleshoot operational issues during live shipments and coordinate solutions with internal teams and external partners.</li>
<li>Ensure customer requirements are met by maintaining high service quality and operational accuracy.</li>
<li>Monitor all cargo movements and provide regular reports to the direct manager.</li>

<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Strong team player who also performs well independently.</li>
<li>Positive, friendly attitude and a respectful, self-motivated disposition with a willingness to learn.</li>
<li>Effective communication skills.</li>
<li>Proficient in using computers for tracking inventory, maintaining storage records, and creating labels; experienced with MS Excel and MS Outlook.</li>
<li>0–5 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or a related field preferred.</li>
<li>Bilingual proficiency in Korean is required.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li data-start="1760" data-end="1799">A High School Diploma or GED is required.</li>
<li data-start="1760" data-end="1799">Candidates from all experience levels are welcome, including those new to the field.</li>
</ul>

<p>The base salary range for this role is between <span class="collapsed-field-text">$50,000 - $70,000/ Salary</span>, depend on your experiences, qualifications, and skills.</p>
