Relocation assistance is available to meet this expectation.</strong></p> <p data-pasted="true"><em><strong>What we are looking for:</strong></em></p> <div> <p data-pasted="true">We are seeking an Environmental Remediation Project Engineer who is ready to support and manage a variety of projects using innovative remedial technologies to address various contaminants in soil, groundwater, industrial wastewater, stormwater, and air. The right candidate will enrich our team of engineers and scientists in providing solutions to address contaminants such as PFAS, 1,4-dioxane, chlorinated solvents, and heavy metals for sites regulated under state, CERCLA, and RCRA laws.</p> <p>Joining our team means immersing yourself in an environment that nurtures creativity, encourages collaboration across all levels, fosters a supportive culture, and facilitates professional growth.</p> <p><strong><em>Key responsibilities in this position include:</em></strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Lead and support remedial and process engineering projects and teams to fill data gaps, design, construct, operate, and optimize systems.</li> <li>Evaluate data from aquifer tests, pilot studies, bench testing, sampling events, and modeling to develop remedial strategies.</li> <li>Prepare, review, and mentor others in the development of design basis, technology selection, and design plans, specifications, and reports. &nbsp;</li> <li>Communicate with regulatory personnel and permitting agencies to ensure compliance with project requirements and applicable regulations.</li> <li>Provide project and client management from small dry cleaners/gas stations to complex industrial facilities to major federal facilities.</li> <li>Prepare proposals, cost estimates, and long-term projections for remediation projects.</li> <li>Provide technical assistance to teams working across multiple offices throughout the country, problem-solving, mentoring, leading by example, and participating in corporate technical initiatives.</li> </ul> <p><strong><em>Minimum skills and requirements:</em></strong></p> <ul> <li data-pasted="true">Bachelor’s degree from an ABET-accredited college in Civil, Chemical, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering.&nbsp;</li> <li>7-15 years of relevant experience required.</li> <li>P.E. required.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of CERCLA, RCRA, EPA, State, and other environmental regulations, legislation, and SOPs.</li> <li>Hands-on experience with remediation technologies and O&amp;M for soil, groundwater, stormwater, industrial wastewater, and air for a wide range of contaminants.</li> <li>Experience with remedial system instrumentation and controls, as well as remote telemetry, is a plus.</li> <li>Strong consulting, problem-solving, and leadership skills.</li> <li>A valid driver’s license.</li> <li>Ability to travel overnight.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong><u>Why Join EnSafe?</u></strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong>Employee-Owned Advantage</strong></span><br><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">EnSafe is 100% employee-owned, with an ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) since 1997.
