Working closely with our external agency, the Sr. Social Media Manager will shape strategy and content calendar management and own the agency relationship day to day. In addition, this position will launch and scale a UGC/Influencer program to grow brand awareness, customer acquisition, and authentic content creation.   Essential Functions: Include the following. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li> <li>5-10 years experience as a social media manager on brands with 250k+ followers in the fitness, apparel, lifestyle or nutrition brands</li> <li>Experience leading strategy with the ability to read and react to brand-relevant cultural outputs, making us the relevant & trusted thought leader for our consumers</li> <li>Social media expert on Meta, YouTube & TikTok.
