In winter, it’s a 90-minute drive from the popular ski destination, Big Bear Mountain Resort. Or, if surfing is more your tempo, Moreno Valley isn’t far from Newport Beach. From guiding a first-time buyer to closing a major sale, every conversation is an opportunity to make an impact.  Essential Functions: Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.    <ul> <li>Provide world-class service to our in-store customers.  </li> <li>Assist customers with selection of gym equipment by maintaining thorough knowledge of all products.  </li> <li>Assist in loading the order after being selected by stockroom staff.  </li> <li>Maintain a clean showroom to provide customers with an optimal shopping experience.  </li> <li>Process sales orders, returns and exchanges.  </li> <li>Respond promptly to customer inquiries and issues via email or phone when not assisting an in-store customer.  </li> <li>Record details of actions taken with customers in CRM.  </li> <li>Participate in ongoing product training to remain up to date with REPs newest products  </li> </ul>   What You Will Bring:  To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
