<p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">TouchCare is looking for a highly organized and results-driven <strong>Marketing Events Manager</strong>.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in both strategic planning and hands-on execution. You will own the planning and execution of virtual and in-person events that drive brand awareness, pipeline growth, and client engagement.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Reporting to the Marketing Director, this role owns the strategy, development, and execution of TouchCare’s event program as a core marketing and growth channel. This role is responsible for bringing the TouchCare brand to life through high-impact virtual and in-person experiences that drive engagement, generate pipeline, and strengthen relationships with brokers, employers, partners, and members. This individual will build and execute both TouchCare-owned and partner-driven events from concept through completion—owning content direction, audience strategy, logistics, and performance. They will work cross-functionally with marketing, partnerships, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution, while maintaining full ownership of timelines, deliverables, and results.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></span></p>

<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Own the strategy, planning, and execution of TouchCare’s event portfolio (virtual and in-person), including both owned and partner-driven events</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Conceptualize and build TouchCare-owned events from the ground up, including:</span></li>

<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Manage all event logistics (hotels, venues, restaurants), including timelines, vendors, platforms, run-of-show, and day-of coordination</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Own end-to-end execution of events from planning through post-event follow-up</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Coordinate with internal teams (content, design, ops) to develop and deliver all event materials (emails, landing pages, decks, promotional assets)</span></li>

<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Prepare and brief speakers to ensure high-quality, cohesive content and delivery</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Manage relationships with partners involved in co-hosted or sponsored events</span></li>
