<p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">As a key member of our team, the Senior Sales Consultant will have a strong background and understanding of the healthcare system and employee benefits. The candidate will have extensive experience working with health insurance brokers and possess a strong broker network. To excel in this role you will need outstanding consultative sales, interpersonal and networking skills. This role encourages entrepreneurialism as you open and build out new markets and territories. They are comfortable working in an evolving and fast-paced environment.</span></p>

<ul>

<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Work with insurance brokers to identify potential large prospect referrals</span></li>

<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Successful track record of hitting and exceeding sales quotas (i.e. President’s club)</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Consultative sales experience selling through a third-party distribution channel</span></li>
