Our multidisciplinary team delivers community-based therapeutic interventions using a coaching model with parents and caregivers.</p> <p>As a Speech and Language Pathologist, you will use a hands-on, family-focused approach to services that strives to increase parents’ understanding of their child’s strengths &amp; needs, &amp; supports parents in learning how to foster their child’s growth &amp; development.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Assess children’s communication skills, including speech production, language, cognition, and augmentative communication</li> <li>Plan and implement remediation programs for children with communication disorders</li> <li>Deliver transdisciplinary services to children and families in the Early Intervention Program</li> <li>Develop and track treatment goals in the Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP) in collaboration with families</li> <li>Collaborate with team members, provide assessments and reports, and offer in-service training on areas of expertise</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>SLP License required</li> <li>Experience working with infant and early childhood population</li> <li>Valid Massachusetts Drivers License</li> <li>Bilingual candidates preferred and if fluent in a needed language may be eligible for a 6% salary increase</li> </ul> <p></p> <p><strong>Schedule: </strong>Various hours available Monday-Friday</p> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">Hourly Rate</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$70</span><span class="divider">&mdash;</span><span>$70 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p>At Eliot, we are committed to supporting you at every stage of your career, providing opportunities for growth, purpose, and community.
