Eliot's Early Intervention Program supports children from birth to three years of age with developmental delays or disabilities in the Everett, Malden, and Medford area. Our multidisciplinary team delivers community-based therapeutic interventions using a coaching model with parents and caregivers. As a Development Specialist, you will participate in screenings, assessments, office and home visits, child and parent groups, while providing service coordination and consultation on clinical and developmental matters for families.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Identify, screen, and evaluate the performance of infants and children using industry-standard measures</li> <li>Develop and ensure follow-up on treatment goals from the Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP) in the home, in accordance with funding requirements, clinical best practices, and family collaboration</li> <li>Provide intervention in areas such as cognition, social behavior, perceptual motor skills, and learning styles</li> <li>Complete assessments, progress notes, and insurance verification reports within established timelines</li> <li>Maintain client records in compliance with Department of Public Health and Eliot protocols</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Requires a Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Early Childhood Development/Education, Special Education, Psychology, or related field</li> <li>Experience working infancy/early childhood</li> <li>Valid Massachusetts drivers license&nbsp;</li> <li>Bilingual candidates preferred and if fluent in a needed language may be eligible for a 6% salary increase</li> </ul> <p><strong>Compensation:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s - $50.00/hr.</li> <li>Master's - $55.00/hr.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Schedule:</strong> Various schedules available Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm</p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">Hourly Rate</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$50</span><span class="divider">&mdash;</span><span>$55 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p>At Eliot, we are committed to supporting you at every stage of your career, providing opportunities for growth, purpose, and community.
