As an Exercise Planner you will provide high-level subject matter expertise to lead the integration of space domain effects for Blue Forces into theater-level exercises.</p> <p><strong>This position requires a current DoD Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI which requires US citizenship.</strong></p> <p><strong>Application Deadline:&nbsp; June 15, 2026</strong></p> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities</span></strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead and facilitate all phases of the exercise planning cycle, from concept development to exercise execution, ensuring a robust exercise framework.</li> <li>Develop Master Scenario Event Lists (MSEL) focused on SFI executing its role as the Theater Joint Functional Space Component Command into each exercise's Blue Order of Battle.</li> <li>Responsible to act as ECG member or white cell member for exercises they planned to ensure their MSEL objectives are met.</li> <li>Post-Exercise Analysis: Author After-Action Reports (AAR) to identify and address capability gaps in space-integrated command, control, and communications.</li> </ul> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Required Skills &amp; Experience</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{&quot;335559739&quot;:0}">&nbsp;</span></p> <ul> <li>Must have current DoD Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance.</li> <li>Ability to communicate and coordinate with allies and partner nations, including their respective commands.</li> <li>Highly organized as all focus areas require tracking multiple processes, maintaining a large amount of data, and creating and maintaining multiple products for multiple countries simultaneously.</li> <li>Excellent technical writing skills.</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li> <li>Customer focused.</li> <li>Capacity to learn new systems rapidly and adapt quickly to change.</li> <li>Highly proficient in Microsoft Office 365 products.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Desired Skills &amp; Experience</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience with US Space Forces Indo-Pacific (SFI).</li> <li>Intra-agency or joint command experience.</li> <li>International engagement or exercise planning experience.</li> </ul> <p><span data-contrast="auto">#LI-AP1&nbsp; #CJPOST</span></p> </div> </div> </div><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>&nbsp;</p> <hr> <p><span style="font-size: 16px;">The SMX salary determination process takes into account a number of factors, including but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories, relevant prior work experience, specific skills, education and certifications.
