Our strategic partnership is designed to combine the strengths and expertise of both companies to advance the promise of an immunotherapy in the treatment of multiple myeloma.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Role Overview</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">The Director, Global Strategy Lead will lead enterprise transformation initiatives across the organization, integrating Strategy, and Lean methodologies to drive sustainable business impact. This role will establish and deploy a structured approach to portfolio management, continuous improvement, and strategic execution aligned with company priorities.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">This leader will be responsible for designing and implementing transformation frameworks that enhance visibility, accountability, and delivery across a global portfolio of initiatives. Projects will include strategic initiatives, operational excellence programs, KPI/dashboard development, organizational redesign, and end-to-end process improvements.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Additionally, this role will champion a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging Lean principles and best practices inspired by systems such as the Danaher Business System (DBS), while coaching cross-functional leaders and project teams to deliver measurable results aligned with the company’s mission and long-term strategy.</span></p>

<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Establish and lead the enterprise strategic planning, and Lean continuous improvement. </span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Develop and execute a standardized framework to manage transformation initiatives and ensure alignment with business strategy and priorities.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Own and actively manage the enterprise portfolio of strategic and operational initiatives, ensuring prioritization, resource alignment, and execution discipline. </span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Partner with executive leadership to translate strategy into actionable roadmaps, with clear milestones, KPIs, and accountability.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Translate commercial strategy into executable initiatives with clear KPIs, timelines, and accountability.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Partner with CI team to ensure seamless flow of information with Bus on Strategic imperatives </span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Partner with Sales, Marketing, Market Access, and Customer Experience teams to drive execution excellence. </span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Drive implementation of Lean methodologies and continuous improvement practices across functions to improve efficiency, quality, and performance. </span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Build and maintain executive-level dashboards and reporting mechanisms to provide visibility into transformation progress, risks, and outcomes.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"> Lead regular portfolio reviews with senior leadership to assess progress, reprioritize initiatives, and ensure alignment with evolving business needs. </span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to remove barriers, accelerate decision-making, and ensure successful delivery of key initiatives. </span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Champion a culture of accountability, performance management, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ensure sustainability of transformation outcomes through standardization, capability building, and change management.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">This role requires individual to make decisions promptly and seeking alignment with GM in China as processes move to implementation. Approvals related to budget and strategic shifts for commercial/pipeline will require higher-level approvals.</span></li>

<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">10+ years of experience in transformation, strategy, or operational excellence roles.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Proven experience leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives in complex, matrixed organizations.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong background in strategic execution required</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Demonstrated expertise in Lean methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, Daily Management).</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience with Danaher Business System (DBS) or similar performance/Lean systems strongly preferred.</span></li>

Actual compensation may vary based on experience, skills, qualifications, and geographic location. The company reserves the right to modify this range as needed and in accordance with applicable laws.</p>
<p>Other Types of Pay: Performance-based bonus and/or equity is available to employees in eligible roles.</p>
