<p><strong>Salesforce Developer</strong></p>
<p>We are seeking a <strong>midlevel Salesforce Developer (Contract)</strong> based in <strong>Colombia </strong>to support and extend a highly integrated Salesforce environment. This role is execution focused and ideal for a developer who is comfortable working in an established org, contributing both to day to day support and new development, while collaborating closely with an experienced Salesforce Developer and CRM leadership. </p>
<p>This is <strong>not an entry level role</strong> and not intended to be a long term architecture owner. The successful candidate will be hands on, pragmatic, and able to work semi independently within clearly defined priorities. </p>

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong> </p>
<ul>
<li>Deliver a <strong>mix of Salesforce support and new development</strong>, including urgent issue resolution (“firefighting”) and planned enhancements </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Build, enhance, and maintain <strong>Apex based solutions</strong>, including batch processing and refactoring or scaling legacy low code automation where appropriate </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Develop and optimize <strong>SOQL queries</strong> with performance and platform limits in mind </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Implement and support <strong>Salesforce integrations</strong>, including custom API callouts and out of the box connectors </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Work within a <strong>highly integrated ecosystem</strong>, supporting connections with systems such as: </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Zoom Events </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Bizzabo </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>CMS platforms </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Internal integration bus </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Sage Intacct </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Fivetran </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Collaborate closely with a <strong>seasoned Salesforce Developer</strong> who provides higher level technical direction and deep business context </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Execute work primarily assigned by CRM leadership, with additional tasks flowing through a <strong>ticketing system</strong> for day today Salesforce needs </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Document work clearly and follow established development and deployment practices </li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Salesforce Environment</strong> </p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Salesforce Clouds in use:</strong> </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Sales Cloud </li>
</ul>

<li>Revenue Cloud (new; not yet implemented) </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Revenue Cloud experience is <strong>helpful but not required</strong>; exposure and willingness to learn are sufficient </li>

<p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong> </p>
<ul>
<li><strong>2–4 years of hand son Salesforce development experience</strong> </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>This should not be your first Salesforce org </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Strong experience with: </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li><strong>Apex</strong> (including Batch Apex) </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li><strong>SOQL</strong> </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li><strong>Salesforce integrations / APIs / callouts</strong> </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Solid understanding of: </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Salesforce governor limits </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Order of execution </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>When to use declarative vs programmatic solutions </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Ability to work <strong>semi independently</strong>, with occasional technical course correction and guidance </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Proven ability to write <strong>clear, maintainable, and testable code</strong> </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Comfort exploring and working on the <strong>API and integration layer</strong> </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li><strong>Strong English proficiency</strong> (written and spoken) for collaboration with cross functional teams </li>
</ul>

<li><strong>Colombia based</strong>, ideally within a few hours of Eastern Time (Bogotá aligned time zones work well) </li>
