About the Role

<p><strong>Job Overview:</strong> IANS is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to join its Project Delivery team. Reporting to the Manager of Consulting Project Delivery, you will be responsible&nbsp;for scoping and managing large, complex projects in an effort to support the organization’s annual bookings &amp; revenue goals.</p> <p>This role will work closely with both our Account Management team and network of Faculty partners. This individual is excited by the opportunity to join a growing team in a fast-paced role.</p> <p><em><strong>REQUIRES MINIMUM OF 2 DAYS A WEEK ONSITE IN BOSTON, MA OFFICE</strong></em></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>$108,000 - $135,000 + bonus</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><u>PROJECT DELIVERY</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Scope, manage, and deliver large and complex projects in order to support IANS bookings business and meet quarterly revenue targets.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Successfully manage up to 20 consulting projects concurrently and 45+ Consulting opportunities simultaneously.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Develop a deep understanding of our Consulting offerings and Sales process in order to effectively lead client project delivery calls.</li> <li>Build partnerships with key Faculty to enhance the quality and impact of IANS consulting projects.</li> <li>Willingness to travel for client visits or presentations as needed.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Where required, develop project-specific documents/tools to manage projects more effectively.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong><u>FORECASTING AND REVENUE RECOGNITION</u></strong>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Ensure accurate and effective forecasting of individual Consulting revenue on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.</li> <li>Develop strong Project Management capabilities in order to accelerate timelines and help fuel IANS revenue growth.</li> </ul> <p><strong><u>TEAM ALIGNMENT</u></strong>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Serve as an internal SME for project delivery for the specific Sales Segment you are aligned to.</li> </ul> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li><strong>Education:</strong> Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.</li> <li><strong>Experience:</strong> Proven track record (3 – 5 years) in project management. Strong preference for IT, security, or professional services consulting experience. Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results.</li> <li><strong>Certifications: </strong>PMP, CPM or equivalent Project Management certification preferred but not required.</li> <li><strong>Technical Knowledge:</strong> Expertise in Cybersecurity, specifically penetration testing and assessments.</li> <li><strong>Strong written and verbal communication skills</strong>: Ability to leverage both Executive-level&nbsp;presentation and communication skills as well as to conduct technical conversations with customers.&nbsp;</li> <li><strong>Strong problem-solving, critical thinking and analytical skills:</strong> This role will require flexibility and the ability to think critically about client and company needs in order to meet deadlines and accelerate timelines.</li> <li><strong>Team player:</strong>Proven track record of working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels. Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members.</li> <li><strong>Self-Starter:</strong>Ability to take initiative, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
