<div class="content-intro">   </div><h2>Position Summary</h2> The Software Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions that enhance data accessibility, operational productivity, and product performance across the organization. <h2>Essential Duties & Responsibilities</h2> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Support the manufacturing team with continuous software improvement for the MES system and with real-time production software assistance.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Develop, upgrade, and maintain existing and new ETL pipelines for data throughout the entire company, including but not limited to tool metrics, test data, operations productivity, and quality.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Write and maintain web applications for internal tools to streamline manufacturing operations and improve data analysis.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Create data visualization dashboards for various departments to analyze and summarize data such as KPIs, process stability, and yield.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Create and improve top level UIs that communicate with existing machine tool applications and provide easier interaction with machine tool code that is written by US and non-US engineers and cannot be modified.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Engage directly with product design and manufacturing engineers to develop or redevelop applications to improve product performance or manufacturing efficiency.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Manage engagements with external software contractors and vendors as needed.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Maintain a clean and orderly work area; follow prescribed safety and environmental regulations.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Demonstrate CelLink’s culture of integrity, teamwork, self‑discipline, and professional competence; perform other duties as assigned.</li> </ul> <h2>Minimum Qualifications</h2> Experience/Education <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Bachelors’ degree or higher in Computer Science, or related field preferred</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">2+ years of programming experience in coding or software creation using Python, C#, or related languages preferred.</li> </ul> <h2>Knowledge, Skills & Abilities</h2> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">High-Velocity Tech Adoption: Proven track record of rapidly mastering new programming languages and frameworks. Ability to transition from a learner to a subject matter expert (SME) in record time to support both web and desktop applications.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Productivity-Focused Automation: Dedicated to identifying and automating manual bottlenecks. Experienced in building and maintaining ETL pipelines that directly improve operations productivity, tool metrics, and data quality across the organization.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">System Integration & Orchestration: Strong understanding of API design and the ability to quickly learn complex cross-API orchestration. Skilled at connecting diverse data systems, from on-premises hardware to cloud-based business tools.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Adaptable Data Engineering: Capable of developing and scaling data flows for varied company needs. Quick to understand the nuances of company-specific tool metrics and test data to ensure high-fidelity reporting.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Agile Start-Up Mindset: Highly adaptable to changing requirements in fast-paced settings. Committed to clear communication and transparency within a team to ensure shared success and rapid project completion.</li> </ul> <h2>Working Conditions / Hours</h2> Full‑time, salaried‑exempt position. <ol> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Desk/Office situated on or Near the Manufacturing Floor: The office location may vary by site, but this position is primarily desk-based and located on or adjacent to the manufacturing floor.</li> </ol> Manufacturing/production area Visits: Periodic exposure to high noise from operating equipment, moving mechanical parts, nuisance dust, and common industrial chemicals used in manufacturing. Appropriate PPE is provided and required where applicable. The employee frequently remains in a stationary position and operates a computer and other productivity tools. The employee regularly moves about both the desk location and manufacturing areas and communicates and exchanges information effectively. The role may involve frequent use of a computer and related equipment to enter and process data. Bending, balancing, or working in varied positions may be necessary. Employees may occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 pounds independently, or up to 50 pounds with assistance. Vision abilities needed for this role include the ability to read documents, operate equipment safely, and visually inspect materials. May require extended hours and occasional weekends to meet critical program milestones and customer requirements.
