<p>By combining robotics, artificial intelligence, and precision agriculture, Beewise is transforming how beekeeping and pollination are managed worldwide.</p>
<p>We are expanding our activity in Europe and are looking for an Account Manager to support the growth of our pollination partnerships in Spain.<br><br></p>
<h4>About the Role:</h4>
<p>We are looking for a relationship-driven Account Manager to work closely with commercial beekeepers and agricultural growers across Spain.</p>
<p>In this role, you will build and manage long-term partnerships, support the integration of BeeHome technology into pollination operations, and help customers maximize the value of Beewise solutions.</p>
<p>You will work cross-functionally with sales, operations, and product teams while playing a key role in expanding Beewise’s presence in the Spanish agricultural ecosystem.<br><br></p>
<h4>What You'll Do:</h4>
<ul>
<li>Build and manage relationships with commercial beekeepers and agricultural growers.</li>
<li>Identify and develop new pollination partnerships across Spain.</li>
<li>Lead the commercial process from initial engagement through agreement and onboarding.</li>
<li>Present and demonstrate the value of Beewise technology for pollination and hive management.</li>
<li>Support successful deployment and adoption of BeeHome systems with partner beekeepers.</li>
<li>Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the partnership lifecycle.</li>
<li>Work closely with internal teams to address customer needs and ensure long-term success.</li>
<li>Maintain CRM records and provide visibility into pipeline and customer activity.<br><br></li>

<h4>Requirements:</h4>
<ul>
<li>3+ years of experience in account management, business development, or customer partnerships.</li>
<li>Experience working with agriculture, growers, or beekeeping – strong advantage.</li>
<li>Proven ability to build trusted relationships with customers and partners.</li>
<li>Strong communication and negotiation skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.</li>
<li>Fluency in Spanish and English.</li>
<li>Willingness to travel within Spain.<br><br></li>
</ul>
<h4>Advantages:</h4>
<ul>
<li>Experience in ag-tech, pollination, or commercial beekeeping.</li>
<li>Familiarity with the agricultural ecosystem in Spain.</li>
