<p>We are looking for an experienced, hands-on, and motivated <strong>Hardware Team Lead</strong> with strong leadership and interpersonal skills to lead the Electronics team.<br>This role includes ownership of the electronics domain, hands-on technical leadership, and people management across all Beewise product generations.</p>

<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>What You'll Do</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li>Lead the electronics domain and manage a team of electronics/board design engineers</li>
<li>Take hands-on ownership of electronic systems: architecture, design decisions, board design guidance, bring-up, validation, and production readiness</li>
<li>Drive electronics development across the full product lifecycle: requirements, design, prototyping, validation, NPI, and sustaining engineering</li>
<li>Define electronics design standards, best practices, and documentation</li>
<li>Lead system-level integration and work closely with firmware, mechanics, system, product, and operations teams</li>
<li>Own root-cause analysis and resolution of production and field issues</li>
<li>Support DFM/DFT activities and work closely with manufacturing partners</li>
<li>Manage external subcontractors and suppliers for PCB design and manufacturing</li>
<li>Plan workloads, set priorities, maintain work plans, and ensure timely project execution</li>

<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Requirements</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li>B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering</li>
<li>8+ years of hands-on experience in electronics and board-level design</li>
<li>Proven experience leading engineers or technical teams</li>
<li>Strong background in analog and digital board design and system-level integrationAbility to balance hands-on technical work with leadership responsibilities</li>
<li>Strong communication skills and a system-level mindset</li>
<li>Ability to work in a fast-moving, multidisciplinary environment</li>
<li>Hands-on experience in robotics, automation, or electromechanical products</li>
<li>Background in analog and digital board design, microcontrollers, solar power systems, motion control (BLDC and steppers), communication protocols (e.g., CAN, UART, SPI, I²C, Ethernet, WiFi, Bluetooth), cellular and satellite communication. </li>
