This is a rare opportunity to join a company at an inflection point and help shape what it becomes.</p> <h2>Role Overview</h2> <p>RZR is hiring an Account Executive to own new business development across Korea. This is a ground-floor sales opportunity in one of Asia's most competitive mobile advertising markets — you will be the dedicated commercial owner for KR, responsible for the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. You report to the Country Manager for JP/KR and work closely with our Growth, Analytics, and Marketing teams.</p> <p>Korea represents a significant growth opportunity for RZR, and this role exists to unlock it. The market is strong and underserved by a dedicated seller — you will bring structure, pipeline, and revenue momentum to a region with real upside. If you thrive in high-ownership, builder environments and have the network and technical fluency to sell programmatic solutions at an executive level, this is the role for you.</p> <h2>Key Responsibilities</h2> <ul> <li>Own the full sales cycle — from identifying target accounts to closing new RZR customers across Korea</li> <li>Present RZR's programmatic solutions to key decision makers at mobile app companies, consumer brands, and media agencies</li> <li>Secure new business contracts and lead successful client launches in partnership with Growth and AdOps</li> <li>Build and manage a structured pipeline with clear tiering, outreach plans, and progression milestones</li> <li>Leverage marketing resources — content, events, ABM — to drive awareness and accelerate deals</li> <li>Represent RZR at industry events and conferences across the region</li> <li>Stay current on mobile advertising trends, competitive dynamics, and market developments in Korea</li> <li>Meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets, with a ramp toward independent deal ownership within the first year</li> </ul> <h2>Required Skills and Experience</h2> <ul> <li>5+ years of programmatic advertising sales experience with deep expertise in mobile marketing — UA, re-engagement, DSPs, SKAN, and mobile attribution</li> <li>Proven track record building and maintaining executive-level relationships, with an established network of app marketing decision makers in Korea</li> <li>Strategic, consultative selling approach — skilled at uncovering client challenges and mapping them to RZR's solutions</li> <li>Experience closing complex, enterprise-level deals involving multiple stakeholders and extended sales cycles</li> <li>Builder mindset with a track record of driving business growth beyond quota</li> <li>Strong cross-functional collaboration skills — comfortable partnering with Growth, Product, and Marketing in a fast-moving environment</li> <li>Self-starter who operates independently and takes full ownership of outcomes</li> <li>Fluency in both English and Korean, written and spoken</li> </ul> <h2>Why Join RZR in Korea?</h2> <ul> <li>Ground-floor commercial ownership — you are the dedicated seller for a $6M+ annual revenue market with clear growth targets and genuine upside</li> <li>Sell AI-driven mobile advertising solutions at the cutting edge of privacy-first, performance-focused programmatic — SKAN, probabilistic retargeting, and ML-optimized UA</li> <li>Join a small, senior team where your output directly shapes the region's trajectory — no bureaucracy, no hand-holding, high impact from day one</li> <li>Competitive base plus commission structure with accelerators tied to performance — the earning potential scales with your results</li> </ul> <h2>RZR Behaviors</h2> <p>RZR operates by eight core behaviors: Extreme Ownership · Move Fast · Drive for Excellence · Proactive Communication · Courage · Curiosity · Deliver Results · Manage Ambiguity</p>
