Join us.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>A Day in the Life:</strong></p> <p>As the Director of Revenue Growth Management, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing the performance of the Monster portfolio by uncovering and seizing opportunities to boost the efficiency and effectiveness of Business Unit and joint Bottler investments. Through meticulous analysis of investment opportunities, return on investment, and profitability studies, you'll evaluate both current and proposed strategies. Your leadership will extend to supporting Monster Business Units and the Coca-Cola Bottling community, serving as the key Revenue Growth Management resource for bottlers. You'll drive stewardship routines, ensure alignment of annual business plans and performance, and guarantee that local programs achieve their financial and commercial goals.</p> <p><strong>The Impact You'll Make:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support Revenue Growth Management, Sales, and Senior Leadership in Revenue Growth planning process by developing and evaluating a standardized perspective of Business Unit and Local Marketing Funds (LMF) investments across various program/investment types, brand families, channels, and geographies/markets.</li> <li>&nbsp;Work across multiple reporting systems and departments to extract and cleanse data, perform analyses, and make strategic, actionable recommendations on Business Unit and Local Marketing Funds (LMF) investments.</li> <li>Develop and maintain a multi-year roadmap with input and feedback from key Bottling stakeholders to represent joint growth goals across retail strategy, consumer, geographic segmentation, and financial metrics.</li> <li>Provide insights, recommendations to scale learnings into optimized investment and incentive programs, and other strategic initiatives. Identify actionable investments to aid in contingency and multi-year planning to help identify risks, gaps, and opportunities.</li> <li>Stewardship of Coca-Cola Bottling relationships through establishment of a Monster Energy Company Revenue Growth Management Community with routine engagement. Goal of established Revenue Growth Management routines with Coca-Cola include aligned plans, business routines &amp; timelines, data and deliverables, and retail strategy objectives, ultimately improving overall system financial acumen and understanding of Monster's volume and profit contributions to the Coca-Cola system.</li> <li>Financial acumen focus by delivering training, participating in meetings, and overall capability growth amongst business unit teams and Bottlers. Robust understanding of Monster Energy Company and Bottler financials (as measured differently across Bottlers) to drive aligned fiscal comprehension and growth in annual and multi-year plans.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>Monster Energy provides competitive total compensation.
