For more information about Nintendo, please visit the company’s website at&nbsp;<a href="https://www.nintendo.com/">https://www.nintendo.com/</a>.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>SUMMARY:<br></strong>Provides professional facilitation and administration on a variety of sustainability programs including responsible&nbsp;sourcing, environment, sustainability reporting, and internal activities.</p> <p><strong>DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES</strong></p> <ul> <li>Facilitate effective communication with internal business teams and external partners.</li> <li>Work with Nintendo’s global business partners to obtain information to support sustainability programs,&nbsp;including manufacturing facility information and audit reports.</li> <li>Conduct analysis of sustainability information including environmental data and factory audit reports.</li> <li>Create reports and provides recommendations to enable management to make key decisions in support of&nbsp;sustainability programs.</li> <li>Effectively manage reviews and deadlines across multiple business partners.</li> <li>Partner with 3rd partner audit firm in the scheduling and execution of Nintendo-directed audits.</li> <li>Develop effective partnership with internal business teams to ensure sustainability program goals are met.</li> <li>Conduct research and process development to support continued growth of sustainability programs.</li> <li>Provide project support and complete assignments that align with Nintendo’s sustainability initiatives and&nbsp;goals.</li> </ul> <p><strong>SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS</strong></p> <ul> <li>3-5 years of relevant work experience coordinating responsible sourcing, environmental, or other&nbsp;sustainability programs.</li> <li>Must have strong working knowledge Corporate Sustainability Reporting, Responsible Sourcing,</li> <li>Environmental Social &amp; Governance (ESG), and related topics.</li> <li>Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.</li> <li>Ability to effectively review various audit reports as well as compile and manage large data sets.</li> <li>Mid-level proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and SmartSheet.</li> <li>Positive and team-oriented attitude with proactive approach and strong work ethic.</li> <li>Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.</li> <li>Ability to deal effectively and professionally with conflicts and ambiguity.</li> <li>Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li> </ul> <p>Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States to be considered. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.</p> <p>This position is hybrid in Redmond, WA. Hybrid positions require regular onsite work following the schedule and guidelines for their division.
