Identify and document errors for correction.</li> <li><em>Error Management:</em> Maintain a catalog of identified issues and collaborate with relevant teams to resolve inaccuracies promptly.</li> <li><em>Merchandising Execution:</em> Support Nintendo Store app operations by implementing merchandising plans according to leadership specifications and submitting content for approval and publishing.</li> <li><em>Bug &amp; Enhancement Tracking:</em> Monitor, follow up, and report on open bugs and enhancement tickets to ensure timely resolution.</li> <li><em>Cross-Team Coordination: </em>Partner with product and planning teams to confirm product details, launch timelines, and warehouse arrival schedules.</li> <li><em>Schedule Management:</em> Maintain and update release calendars to ensure visibility and alignment across teams.</li> <li><em>Content Quality Assurance:</em> Perform catalog touch-ups and triage minor content issues, such as missing images or incomplete copy, ensuring a polished customer experience.</li> <li><em>Basic QA Testing:</em> Assist with quality assurance by reporting bugs and conducting preliminary testing to validate fixes.</li> <li><em>Process Support:</em> Handle miscellaneous operational tasks as needed, including tracking copy through approval workflows and addressing ad hoc content gaps.</li> <li><em>Reporting &amp; Communication:</em> Provide regular updates on catalog accuracy, bug status, and merchandising progress to stakeholders.</li> </ul> <p><strong>SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS</strong></p> <ul> <li>1+ years of experience with online merchandising and/or ecommerce</li> <li>Experience with Salesforce highly preferred</li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li> <li>Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline driven organization</li> <li>Ability to work hybrid 3x a week (Tue/Wed/Thu) in Redmond, WA, during normal business hours</li> </ul> <p>This position is hybrid in Redmond, WA. Hybrid positions require regular onsite work following the schedule and guidelines for their division.
