For more information about Nintendo, please visit the company’s website at&nbsp;<a href="https://www.nintendo.com/">https://www.nintendo.com/</a>.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>SUMMARY:</strong><br>Supports the daily operations of the sourcing, contracting, and procurement functions within the Source-to-Pay&nbsp;(S2P) department.</p> <p><strong>DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES</strong></p> <ul> <li>Purchases pre-negotiated, routine, standardized, and/or low-risk goods and services with a corporate credit&nbsp;card.</li> <li>Collaborates with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure that purchases meet expectations and&nbsp;requirements, contributes to resolution of invoice discrepancies.</li> <li>Supports more experienced staff and management to ensure the timely completion of administrative tasks&nbsp;and resolution of discrepancies</li> <li>Provides administrative support and reporting for business-critical programs, initiatives, and systems.</li> <li>Administers on-line catalog ordering sites, and other department tools</li> <li>Supports the team with due diligence activities that enhance S2P processes</li> <li>With management oversight, assists with the development, testing, and deployment of systems, tools, and&nbsp;processes</li> <li>With management oversight, aggregates and maintains data from mutliple sources, ensuring data and&nbsp;reports are accurate, complete and accessible to users.</li> <li>Assists management in developing metrics and KPIs, builds dashboards, creates and runs ad-hoc reports.</li> </ul> <p><strong>SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS</strong></p> <ul> <li>Up to two (2) years of work experience required</li> <li>Some purchasing, supply chain operations, logistics, finance, accounting, data coordination, or related&nbsp;experience preferred</li> <li>Solid communication, organizational, problem solving, and analytical skills.</li> <li>Intermediate MS Excel, Word, and Power Point required.</li> <li>Prior experience working with an ERP system preferred (i.e. Oracle, SAP).</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and&nbsp;experience preferred.</li> </ul> <p>Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States to be considered. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.</p> <p>This position is hybrid in Redmond, WA. Hybrid positions require regular onsite work following the schedule and guidelines for their division. This position is not open to fully remote status at this time.<strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>This position includes the base pay range listed below, potential for a semi-annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.</p></div><div class="title">Pay Range:</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$28.13</span><span class="divider">&mdash;</span><span>$39.38 USD</span></div></div></div>
