This is a hands-on leadership role combining sales operations, team coaching, client strategy, and execution — with full ownership of customer retention, growth, and relationship expansion across Kaseya's portfolio.</p>

<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Drive upsell, cross-sell, and renewal strategies across the book of business</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Be the executive sponsor and escalation point for key MSP relationships</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Keep the pipeline healthy — forecasting, CRM hygiene, and account planning done right</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Partner with Customer Success, Product, and Professional Services to deliver for customers</li>

<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">5+ years in SaaS or tech account management, ideally in the MSP or IT channel</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">2+ years leading or managing a sales team</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">You know the MSP world — how they operate, what they need, and how to talk their language</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">A track record of growing revenue within an existing customer base</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Strong Salesforce (or equivalent CRM) skills and a disciplined, data-driven approach</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">A natural coach who brings out the best in their team</li>
