With millions of endpoints under management and a broad multi-product ecosystem, execution excellence is critical to our success.  Our centralized Technical Program Management organization drives alignment, accountability, and predictable delivery across Kaseya’s most important product and platform initiatives. Role Overview  As a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM), you will lead complex, cross-functional programs that span multiple engineering and product teams.  You will partner closely with Engineering, Product, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive execution against key priorities, manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and ensure high-quality delivery.  This is an individual contributor role focused on strong execution, structured problem solving, and clear communication. You will operate with a high degree of ownership within defined program areas, while collaborating with Staff TPMs and leadership on broader initiatives.   Key Responsibilities  Program Execution & Delivery  <ul> <li>Lead end-to-end execution of complex technical programs across multiple teams. </li> <li>Define program scope, milestones, dependencies, and delivery plans. </li> <li>Track progress against goals and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery. </li> <li>Identify and resolve blockers to maintain program momentum. </li> </ul>  Cross-Functional Coordination  <ul> <li>Partner with Engineering, Product, Security, Data, and Operations teams to align priorities and execution plans. </li> <li>Coordinate across teams to manage dependencies and ensure clear ownership. </li> <li>Drive alignment through regular communication and structured program reviews. </li> </ul>  Risk & Issue Management  <ul> <li>Identify risks, issues, and trade-offs early in the program lifecycle. </li> <li>Develop mitigation plans and ensure timely resolution. </li> <li>Escalate effectively when needed with clear context and options. </li> </ul>  Program Visibility & Reporting  <ul> <li>Provide clear, consistent updates on program status, risks, and milestones. </li> <li>Maintain dashboards and reporting mechanisms to track program health. </li> <li>Communicate effectively with both technical teams and leadership. </li> </ul> Process & Execution Improvement  <ul> <li>Contribute to improving program management practices and team execution. </li> <li>Support adoption of standard tools, processes, and operating rhythms. </li> <li>Identify opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce execution friction. </li> </ul> What Success Looks Like  Within 12 months:  <ul> <li>Consistent delivery of complex programs on time and within scope. </li> <li>Clear visibility into program status, risks, and dependencies. </li> <li>Strong cross-team alignment and reduced execution friction. </li> <li>Effective risk management and minimal surprises in delivery. </li> <li>Positive feedback from engineering and product stakeholders. </li> </ul> Basic Qualifications  <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field required. </li> <li>6–10+ years of experience leading technical programs in a software or SaaS environment. </li> <li>Experience managing cross-functional programs across multiple engineering teams. </li> <li>Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and engineering processes. </li> <li>Solid technical foundation with ability to understand system architecture, APIs, and data flows. </li> <li>Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. </li> <li>Proven ability to manage ambiguity and drive execution. </li> </ul> Preferred Qualifications  <ul> <li>Advanced degree (MS or MBA) is a plus. </li> <li>Experience working in SaaS platforms or multi-product environments. </li> <li>Exposure to AI/ML initiatives, platform integrations, or large-scale migrations. </li> <li>Familiarity with Agile or similar development methodologies. </li> <li>Experience working in high-growth or fast-paced environments. </li> </ul> <div class="content-conclusion">Additional information Kaseya provides equal employment opportunity to all employees and applicants without regard to race, religion, age, ancestry, gender, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, citizenship status, physical or mental disability, veteran status, marital status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.</div>
