<p>The Email Marketing Coordinator is responsible for executing and optimizing email and SMS marketing programs to drive customer engagement and revenue growth. The role focuses on delivering lifecycle and promotional campaigns that align with broader brand initiatives and product launches. Key functions include campaign building, list segmentation, performance tracking, and cross-functional coordination to ensure high-impact, mobile-optimized communications.</p>

<h3><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Campaign Management & Execution</strong></span></h3>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Build and execute email and SMS marketing campaigns focused on engagement, conversions, and brand loyalty.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Develop and refine automated lifecycle flows, including welcome, post-purchase, win-back, and replenishment sequences.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Execute customer list segmentation to ensure targeted and personalized messaging.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Ensure all messaging aligns with established product launch timelines and brand initiatives.</span></li>

<h3><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Performance Optimization & Analysis</strong></span></h3>

<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities for improvements in personalization and retention strategies.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Maintain compliance with email marketing regulations and industry best practices for deliverability.</span></li>

<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Utilize Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or related reporting tools to monitor and share performance insights.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Work with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and e-commerce integrations to enhance targeting and personalization capabilities.</span></li>
</ul>
<h3><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration</strong></span></h3>

<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Partner with Creative and Content teams to produce visually engaging and mobile-optimized communications.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Coordinate with Analytics and Paid Media teams to maintain consistent brand messaging across all channels.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Support the maintenance of internal documentation and the development of updated marketing processes.</span></li>
</ul>
<h2><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Qualifications</strong></span></h2>
<h3><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Required:</strong></span></h3>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">2+ years of experience in email marketing, lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., Maestra, Bloomreach, Klaviyo) and automated workflows.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Strong understanding of SMS marketing, A/B testing, and deliverability fundamentals.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and apply insights.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Professional communication skills and high attention to detail.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.</span></li>
