If you thrive at the intersection of engineering, manufacturing, customer delivery, and love turning complex ideas into scalable, real-world products — this role is for you.</span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Define and manage CelLink’s phase-gate product development process across assigned programs.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Lead integrated teams spanning Applications, Design, Process, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Business Development.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Build and maintain master schedules, track risks and dependencies, and ensure programs meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Translate customer requirements into actionable plans and production signals for Supply Chain and Operations.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Monitor key KPIs, escalate critical issues early, and recommend data-driven actions to keep programs on course.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Oversee design validation, testing, and production trials; coordinate PPAP/FAI documentation and lessons learned.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Ensure compliance with ISO/Quality systems, safety, and ethical policies.
