We only accept direct applications.</strong></em></p></div><h2>Talent Acquisition Specialist – Construction Manufacturing</h2> <div><strong>Location:</strong> Duncan, SC (must be within commuting distance)<br><strong>Schedule:</strong> Full-time | Onsite / Hybrid (2-3 days/week onsite)<br><strong>Travel:</strong> Recruiting events and site visits as needed</div> <h3 data-start="373" data-end="422"><strong data-start="373" data-end="422">About the Role</strong></h3> <p data-start="424" data-end="867">Kelso Industries is seeking a hands-on, high-impact Talent Acquisition Specialist to scale our field workforce, especially in the fabrication and modular construction manufacturing business in Duncan, SC and across the Southeast region.</p> <div>This role is focused on recruiting skilled trades and construction manufacturing talent critical to our growth, including&nbsp;<strong>welders, pipefitters, fabricators, and shop/manufacturing personnel</strong>, while also supporting select technical and other hires as needed.</div> <p data-start="424" data-end="867">Candidates must be within <strong>commutable distance of Duncan, SC </strong>and<strong> comfortable spending 2-3 days/week in the office/facility</strong> while partnering with leadership, hiring managers, and shop teams.</p> <p data-start="1156" data-end="1307">If you thrive recruiting in fabrication shops, construction manufacturing environments, or industrial facilities, and enjoy building pipelines through community relationships, trade schools, and hands-on sourcing, this role is for you.</p> <hr data-start="1309" data-end="1312"> <h3 data-start="1314" data-end="1334">What You'll Do (Responsibilities)</h3> <ul> <li data-start="1783" data-end="1878">Full-cycle recruiting for construction manufacturing and fabrication roles</li> <li data-start="1783" data-end="1878">Hire for skilled trades including: <ul> <li data-start="1783" data-end="1878">Welders (pipe, structural, MIG/TIG)</li> <li data-start="1783" data-end="1878">Pipefitters and pipe welders</li> <li data-start="1783" data-end="1878">Sheet metal and fabrication technicians</li> <li data-start="1783" data-end="1878">Manufacturing and shop support roles</li> </ul> </li> <li data-start="1783" data-end="1878">Use direct sourcing, job boards, referrals, and local outreach to build talent pipelines</li> <li data-start="1783" data-end="1878">Conduct initial screening calls and interviews</li> <li data-start="1783" data-end="1878">Coordinate hiring manager interviews, offers, background checks, and onboarding</li> <li data-start="1783" data-end="1878">Maintain accurate applicant data in the ATS</li> <li data-start="1783" data-end="1878">Participate in job fairs, trade school partnerships, and workforce programs</li> </ul> <hr data-start="3934" data-end="3937"> <h3 data-start="1314" data-end="1334">What You'll Bring (Qualifications)</h3> <ul> <li>3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience</li> <li>Demonstrated success recruiting <strong>construction manufacturing or skilled trades</strong></li> <li>Experience sourcing&nbsp;<strong>welding and piping talent</strong> strongly preferred</li> <li>Ability to recruit in competitive local labor markets</li> <li>Strong communication and organizational skills</li> <li>Must be able to work onsite and travel locally as needed</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Experience</strong></p> <ul> <li>Fabrication or modular construction environments</li> <li>Trade school or apprenticeship recruiting</li> <li>ATS experience (Greenhouse or Workday preferred, not required)</li> </ul> <hr data-start="4643" data-end="4646"> <p>Compensation is targeted @ $70,000 -
