<p> </p></div><p data-start="379" data-end="566"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">We are looking for a hands-on <strong data-start="400" data-end="431">Equipment Engineer</strong> to support and improve the automated manufacturing equipment used to produce next-generation electrical systems.</span></p>
<p data-start="568" data-end="987"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><em><strong>You will build and modify tooling and fixtures, support new product introduction by adapting existing equipment, and troubleshoot issues on the production line. </strong></em>This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the manufacturing floor, solving real-world mechanical and automation challenges, and making production equipment run better every day.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software-related equipment issues in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Partner with Equipment Engineers, Process Engineers, and Production Operators to identify opportunities for equipment improvements.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Support and improve automated production systems used in the manufacturing of advanced electrical components.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Work hands-on with roll-to-roll web handling and processing equipment, including rollers, drives, edge guides, brakes, and steering mechanisms.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Drive root cause analysis and permanent corrective actions for recurring equipment issues.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase equipment uptime, efficiency, and production output.</span></li>

<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">2+ years of experience working with manufacturing equipment, automation systems, or production machinery</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience supporting, designing, assembling, or maintaining automated manufacturing equipment</span></li>
</ul>

<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to respond quickly to equipment issues in a fast-paced environment</span></li>

Position includes the ability to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to use their hands or fingers, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls. The employee is required to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, and pull/push; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl for extended periods of time.
