<p><strong>The Role</strong></p>
<p>This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Technical Talent Sourcer to join Capco’s established Talent Acquisition team on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract.</p>
<p>We are looking for a sourcing specialist who thrives on identifying, engaging and attracting exceptional talent across competitive markets.</p>
<p>You’ll play a key role in building diverse talent pipelines, delivering outstanding candidate experiences, and partnering closely with recruiters and hiring leaders to support strategic hiring priorities across the business.</p>
<p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Proactively source high-quality technical talent across Software Engineering, Data, Product and other related Technology disciplines.</li>
<li>Build and manage talent pipelines through market mapping, networking, direct outreach and innovative sourcing strategies.</li>
<li>Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring priorities, talent availability and market trends.</li>
<li>Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the early recruitment lifecycle, from first engagement through to process management.</li>
<li>Support inclusive hiring outcomes by developing diverse talent pools and promoting Capco across relevant talent communities and digital platforms.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Strong experience within technical sourcing or technical recruitment, either in-house or agency-side.</li>
<li>Proven success sourcing technical talent across areas such as Software Engineering, Data and Product or UX/UI is essential. In addition to this, further experience hiring in more traditional delivery areas e.g. Business Analysis and Project/Programme Management will also be deemed beneficial.</li>
<li>Excellent direct sourcing and candidate engagement capability, particularly within competitive talent markets.</li>
<li>Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple hiring streams, pipelines and priorities simultaneously.</li>
<li>Excellent written communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Bonus Points For</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience supporting hiring within consulting, financial services or technology-led organisations.</li>
<li>Knowledge of talent mapping and market intelligence techniques across specialist technology domains.</li>
<li>Exposure to employer branding or talent attraction campaigns across social and digital channels.</li>
