As a global leader in technology and management consulting, we help clients tackle complex challenges across banking, payments, capital markets, wealth, and asset management.</p> <h2>ROLE OVERVIEW</h2> <p class="isSelectedEnd">We are seeking an experienced <strong>Change Adoption Leader / Operational Technology (OT) SME</strong> to support a major transformation programme within a global banking environment.</p> <p class="isSelectedEnd">In this role, you will drive the adoption of Operational Technology (OT) capabilities and lead change management activities required to embed a new Target Operating Model (TOM) across multiple locations and stakeholder groups. You will work closely with senior business and technology leaders to ensure successful transformation delivery, stakeholder engagement, and operational readiness.</p> <p class="isSelectedEnd">While OT expertise is desirable, we are also open to candidates with strong experience leading large-scale IT transformation and change initiatives.</p> <h2>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</h2> <h3>Change Adoption &amp; Transformation</h3> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Lead change adoption activities to drive successful implementation of the Target Operating Model (TOM).</li> <li>Develop and execute change, communication, and engagement strategies.</li> <li>Drive cultural and operational change across multiple business units and locations.</li> <li>Monitor adoption outcomes and implement corrective actions where required.</li> </ul> <h3>Stakeholder Management</h3> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Build strong relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders.</li> <li>Influence decision-making and gain buy-in across complex organizational structures.</li> <li>Facilitate workshops, steering committees, and governance forums.</li> </ul> <h3>Programme Delivery</h3> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Develop and manage delivery plans, milestones, risks, and dependencies.</li> <li>Coordinate activities across multiple workstreams and markets.</li> <li>Track progress and ensure successful execution against programme objectives.</li> </ul> <h2>KEY REQUIREMENTS</h2> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Proven experience leading large-scale transformation, change adoption, or operating model implementation programmes.</li> <li>Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including engagement with senior executives.</li> <li>Experience working in complex, matrix, and multi-market environments.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to develop and execute delivery plans and drive outcomes.</li> <li>Self-directed, proactive, and results-oriented approach.</li> <li>Operational Technology (OT) experience is desirable but not essential.</li> <li>Experience within banking, financial services, critical infrastructure, or large enterprise environments is highly desirable.</li> <li>Knowledge of change management frameworks and transformation methodologies.</li> </ul> <h2>WHAT WE OFFER</h2> <p class="isSelectedEnd">We offer a flexible collaboration model based on a B2B contract, with the opportunity to work on strategic transformation programmes for leading financial institutions.</p> <h2>RECRUITMENT PROCESS</h2> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>HR Interview with Recruiter</li> <li>Skill Interview with Hiring Manager</li> <li>Client Interview</li> <li>Feedback and Offer</li> </ul> <p>#LI-HYBRID</p> <p class="isSelectedEnd"></p>
