If so, we’d like to talk with you about growing with us.</span></p></div><p>We are currently seeking a full-time<strong> Industrial Wastewater Engineer</strong> to join our team at one of our office locations:<strong> Memphis, TN; Nashville, TN; Tampa, FL; or Dallas, TX</strong></p>
<p><strong>Candidates must be willing to work at one of the EnSafe office locations. Relocation assistance is available to meet this expectation.</strong></p>
<p>As an Industrial Wastewater Engineer, you will lead and mentor junior engineers while partnering with EnSafe 's senior leaders across the U.S. to guide client industrial wastewater treatment projects and drive outcomes. </p>
<p><strong><em>Key responsibilities of this position include:</em></strong></p>
<div>
<ul>
<li>Technical strength with industrial wastewater (IWW) treatment and design engineering across a variety of industries.</li>
<li>Support or lead design of IWW collection, conveyance, and treatment projects.</li>
<li>Manage design-build and construction services.</li>
<li>Manage equipment selection and procurement, manage construction phase engineering services, and participate in design and construction meetings with clients, subcontractors, and regulators.</li>
<li>Lead technical teams working across multiple offices to:
<ul>
<li>develop treatment options and cost estimates, </li>
<li>prepare plans and specifications, including PFDs, P&IDs, and layouts, and </li>
<li>write work plans, design reports, SOPs, O&M manuals, and other documentation. </li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Provide inspection/troubleshooting support for existing IWW systems and identify enhancements.</li>
<li>Design and implement bench-scale and pilot-scale treatability studies, including data management and evaluation, mass balance/loading details, and treatment technology selection. </li>
<li>Participate in meetings with subcontractors, clients, and regulators. </li>
<li>Provide marketing/sales efforts, as well as proposal development.</li>

<p><strong><em>Minimum Skill and Requirements: </em></strong></p>
<div>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree from an ABET-accredited college in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering (Master’s degree in pertinent discipline preferred).</li>
<li>8-15 years of industrial wastewater design experience, with several years as a professional-in-responsible-charge.</li>
<li>Professional Engineer registration/License in FL, TX, TN, or other states.</li>
<li>Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word, along with graphics software/AutoCAD, necessary for the conceptual design of industrial wastewater systems.</li>
<li>Previous experience with instrumentation and controls/automation is a plus.</li>
<li>Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills when interacting with others, expressing intricate ideas effectively and professionally to an engineering and non-engineering audience.</li>
<li>Strong self-leadership and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to interact with clients, regulators, project managers, and employees effectively, persuasively, and tactfully at all levels of the organization.</li>
<li>Strong work ethic, attention to detail.</li>
<li>30% travel potential.</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license to operate a vehicle in the U.S.</li>
