This may involve releasing existing capacity and/or adding new capacity in new regions.</li> <li>Structure &amp; execute complex transactions that create value for both EQT and our customers.</li> <li>Business Development of new trading counterparties, LNG operators, International LNG buyers, pipelines and storage operators.</li> <li>Develop new product/service offerings.</li> <li>Able to perform basic analysis and financial modeling to assess the value-add of a particular proposal.</li> <li>Coordinate seasonal customer-generated RFP responses.</li> <li>Develop and coordinate EQT-generated RFPs.</li> <li>Manage NAESB, ISDA, MSPA, KYC request process with potential new customers.</li> <li>Houstin Hybrid.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><strong>Required Experience and Skills:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related field.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Minimum of 10 years of origination experience in the Gulf Coast region.</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Strong analytical and quantitative skills, strong verbal and written communication skills. </span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Proven track record in structured deal-making and strong experience developing and maintaining professional industry relationships.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><strong>Preferred Experience and Skills:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Master’s degree in business, finance or engineering preferred.</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Excellent sales &amp; communication skills.</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Ability to effectively present proposals to Senior level executives both internally and externally.</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Able to structure &amp; execute complex, long-term “win-win” agreements. </span></li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><br>Selected incumbent will be placed into the position that best suits their abilities and experience level.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">EQT Corporation and its subsidiaries is an Equal Opportunity Employer -- Disabilities/Veterans.</span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p></div>
