This role is responsible for driving safe, reliable, and cost-effective operations while owning the development and execution of the LOE budget. The Superintendent will leverage digital tools and data systems to enhance visibility, reporting, and decision-making across field operations.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>The Production Superintendent I/II responsibilities include but are not limited to:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Lead and develop a team of <strong>5 Operations Supervisors and 1 District Administrator</strong>, ensuring alignment with safety, operational, and performance expectations.</li> <li>Build, manage, and forecast the <strong>Lease Operating Expense (LOE) budget</strong>, identifying risks, tracking variances, and driving cost control initiatives.</li> <li>Develop and maintain <strong>operational reports and dashboards within Salesforce</strong> to improve visibility into production performance, work execution, and cost tracking.</li> <li>Oversee daily production operations, ensuring efficient well and facility performance while minimizing downtime.</li> <li>Partner with Production Engineering and cross-functional teams to prioritize and execute optimization opportunities.</li> <li>Ensure accurate and timely documentation of field activities across systems such as <strong>Maximo and Salesforce</strong>.</li> <li>Utilize data and analytics tools to monitor KPIs, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.</li> <li>Maintain compliance with company policies and WV/OH regulatory requirements.</li> <li>Lead safety initiatives, field audits, and incident investigations to reinforce a strong safety culture.</li> <li>Coordinate planning and execution of maintenance and operational activities across the asset.</li> <li>Provide leadership support for emergency response and on-call operational needs.</li> <li>Perform other supervisory and operational duties as required.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>Required Experience and Skills:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>5+ years of oil and gas production operations experience; supervisory experience required.</li> <li>Proven experience <strong>building and managing LOE budgets</strong> and driving cost performance.</li> <li>Experience leading multi-layered field organizations, including supervisors and administrative support.</li> <li>Strong ability to develop <strong>reporting and dashboards in Salesforce</strong> or similar systems.</li> <li>Proficiency with operational and data platforms including <strong>Power BI, Maximo, Salesforce, and Cygnet or Ignition</strong>.</li> <li>Strong understanding of production operations, surface equipment, and field workflows.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to use data to drive operational and financial decisions.</li> <li>Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.</li> <li>High School Diploma or GED required.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>Preferred Experience and Skills:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.</li> <li>Experience in the Appalachian Basin (Marcellus/Utica).</li> <li>Strong financial acumen with experience in forecasting and variance analysis.</li> <li>Experience driving digital transformation or system adoption in field operations.</li> <li>Advanced data visualization and analytics capabilities.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><br>Selected incumbent will be placed into the position that best suits their abilities and experience level.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">EQT Corporation and its subsidiaries is an Equal Opportunity Employer -- Disabilities/Veterans.</span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p></div>
