The ideal candidate typically has 5 years of experience designing, testing, and deploying complete technology solutions.</p> <p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Champion the customer-centric approach to project execution. </li> </ul> <p><strong>Job Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience working with remote teams is required.</li> <li>Hands-on or remote deployment and troubleshooting experience for different technologies including endpoints, servers, cloud technologies, networks, etc.</li> <li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, and at times high-pressure consulting environment.</li> <li>Experience using Professional Services Automation (PSA) tools or ticketing platforms such as ConnectWise is a plus but not required for this position.</li> <li>Prior experience working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment supporting multiple Clients is a plus but not required for this position.</li> <li>Experience using Remote Monitoring and Management tools (RMM) such as Kaseya or LabTech/ConnectWise Automate is a plus but not required for this position.</li> </ul> <ol> <li><strong> Required Areas of
