Join us to help shape the future of enterprise marketing. </div>What You’ll Do Typeface is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Staff Product Designer to join our design team. As a Staff Product Designer, you will be responsible for creating and executing design solutions that meet the needs of the business. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to ensure that our products are user-friendly, visually appealing, and meet the needs of our customers. As a Staff Product Designer, you will have the opportunity to work towards that mission and your impact on Typeface and our customers will be foundational. You will also work in a collaborative and supportive environment where your ideas are valued, and your skills are appreciated. How You’ll Make an Impact:  <ul> <li>Own and lead end-to-end the design of multiple product areas and features</li> <li>Create world-class design solutions and work with cross-functional teams to ship them to our customers quickly</li> <li>Ensure that our products are user-friendly and visually appealing</li> <li>Open to mentoring/leading more juniors designers</li> <li>Work independently with limited guidance</li> <li>Pro-active with communication and take initiatives</li> <li>Stay up-to-date with design trends and best practices</li> </ul> What You Bring:  <ul> <li>10+ years of experience and Bachelor's degree</li> <li>Strong portfolio showcasing strong design skills and care for details</li> <li>Experience in the generative AI space working with AI tools</li> <li>Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a high capacity for change and context-switching</li> <li>Experience with design tools, such as Figma</li> <li>Bonus: Experience with designing B2B/SaaS products</li> <li>Bonus: Experience with designing AI products</li> <li>Bonus: Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development</li> </ul> Location <span class="NormalTextRun SCXW54219249 BCX4" data-ccp-charstyle="normaltextrun" data-ccp-charstyle-defn="{"ObjectId":"ac0262f4-8a9e-5820-b908-2d943c5f7113|1","ClassId":1073872969,"Properties":[201342446,"1",201342447,"5",201342448,"1",201342449,"1",469777841,"Aptos",469777842,"",469777843,"Aptos",469777844,"Aptos",201341986,"1",469769226,"Aptos",268442635,"24",469775450,"normaltextrun",201340122,"1",134233614,"true",469778129,"normaltextrun",335572020,"1",469778324,"Default Paragraph Font"]}">This is a hybrid role based in our Palo Alto HQ. We collaborate in-office 3 days a week.  Base Salary The range for this role is $175K - $200K.
