Join us to help shape the future of enterprise marketing. </div>What You’ll Do  As a Staff Software Engineer, you will be responsible for building features end-to-end. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product, design, marketing, and data science to design and develop features. How You'll Make an Impact We are looking for strong full-stack engineers across multiple levels to join our team and help us build innovative and elegant web applications and cloud services that deliver the power of Generative AI to our customers. <ol> <li>Own the delivery of key product and technology initiatives across technical design, specification, development, testing, and launch.</li> <li>Delivery of high-quality software that can be easily read and leveraged by others</li> <li>Collaborate with designers, product managers, marketing, and other engineers.</li> <li>Investigate, prototype, and deliver innovative solutions throughout the stack</li> <li>Define and drive the adoption of best practices for building modern web applications and cloud services.</li> </ol> <span class="NormalTextRun SCXW125095127 BCX4" data-ccp-parastyle="paragraph" data-ccp-parastyle-defn="{"ObjectId":"aaed607e-c2a3-5841-9fb4-41037bfa0faf|1","ClassId":1073872969,"Properties":[201342446,"1",201342447,"5",201342448,"1",201342449,"1",469777841,"Times New Roman",469777842,"Times New Roman",469777843,"Times New Roman",469777844,"Times New Roman",201341986,"1",469769226,"Times New Roman",268442635,"24",469775450,"paragraph",201340122,"2",134233614,"true",469778129,"paragraph",335572020,"1",335559740,"240",201341983,"0",134233118,"true",134233117,"true",469778324,"Normal"]}">What You Bring <ul> <li>Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field</li> <li>12+ years of experience in developing scalable, reliable, performant, and secure full-stack applications.</li> <li>Experience with Claude and other AI tools</li> <li>Strong proficiency in frontend and backend development technologies.</li> <li>Experience building products running on a major cloud platform (AWS/Azure/GCP).</li> <li>Ability to translate high-level requirements into a detailed execution plan</li> <li>Experience with relational and non-relational data stores and pub/sub systems</li> <li>Experience optimizing performance across the entire stack.</li> <li>Bonus: Prior experience working at a high-growth startup or tech company.</li> </ul> Location This is a hybrid role reporting to our Bellevue office 3 days a week. Base Salary The range for this role is $210,000-$240,000.
