Join us to help shape the future of enterprise marketing. </div>What You’ll Do   As an Engagement Manager, you will partner closely with senior marketing and creative leaders to design and execute AI-driven content strategies that accelerate production, strengthen brand governance, and elevate campaign performance. In this role, you will guide clients through discovery workshops, define high-impact use cases, and oversee end-to-end solution deployment—from requirements gathering to platform configuration and integration.  How You’ll Make Impact   <ul> <li>Lead enterprise-wide transformation programs that use Typeface’s generative AI platform to modernize marketing and creative operations.</li> <li>Serve as a trusted advisor to CMOs, creative leaders, and brand teams, connecting AI-powered solutions to their strategic priorities.</li> <li>Build executive trust through clear communication, strong governance, and proactive risk management.</li> <li>Develop GenAI and digital content transformation strategies aligned with each customer’s business goals.</li> <li>Lead discovery workshops and develop actionable roadmaps for high-impact use cases across email, advertising, social media, SEO, and video.</li> <li>Partner with engineers and solution architects to translate business needs into technical requirements and scalable solutions.</li> <li>Guide solution design, configuration, and deployment, including Brand Hub setup, agent customization, and integrations with platforms such as Google Workspace, Salesforce, Adobe Experience Cloud, and Campaign Manager 360.</li> <li>Drive adoption through enablement, change management, and best-practice guidance.</li> <li>Define success metrics tied to adoption, content velocity, brand consistency, cost efficiency, and campaign performance.</li> <li>Represent the voice of the customer by translating field insights into product requirements and roadmap recommendations.</li> <li>Create reusable implementation playbooks, templates, and best practices that help customers scale their success.</li> </ul> What You’ll Bring  <ul> <li>7+ years in business consulting, digital strategy, enterprise software, AI/ML implementations, or marketing technology </li> <li>Bachelor's degree in business or a related field</li> <li>Deep understanding of marketing operations, creative workflows, and content supply chain challenges </li> <li>Exceptional C-level stakeholder management skills</li> <li>Passion for AI and practical understanding of generative AI capabilities, limitations, and enterprise requirements </li> <li>Working knowledge of SaaS architectures, APIs, and modern software delivery models </li> <li>Familiarity with marketing technology stacks, including CMS platforms, DAM systems, marketing automation, and analytics tools </li> <li>Strong grasp of generative AI for text, image, and video creation, with understanding of brand governance and content safety </li> <li>Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution while managing ambiguity in fast-moving AI landscape </li> <li>Skilled at simplifying complex technical concepts for diverse audiences with strong risk management capabilities </li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills </li> </ul> Base Salary The OTE compensation range for this role is $127,000-$205,000.
