<p style="margin: 0in; font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;">In this role, you will act as the key bridge between technical delivery and commercial outcomes, owning senior client relationships and helping customers get measurable value from complex technology environments.</p>
<p style="margin: 0in; font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;">You will move beyond day-to-day support, focusing instead on long-term account strategy, growth and retention.</p>

<ul>
<li style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11pt;">Own and grow strategic relationships with key enterprise clients</li>
<li style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11pt;">Develop and execute account plans focused on customer outcomes and value realisation</li>
<li style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11pt;">Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), translating technical performance into commercial insight</li>
<li style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11pt;">Drive renewals, expansion opportunities, and long-term account growth</li>
<li style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11pt;">Partner closely with Sales, Delivery, and Finance to align on customer success and revenue outcomes</li>
<li style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11pt;">Act as the escalation point and advocate for clients during critical incidents</li>
</ul>
<p style="margin: 0in; font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;"><span style="font-weight: bold;">Skills required</span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11pt;">5+ years’ experience in Account Management, Customer Success Manager, Consulting or similar client-facing roles</li>
<li style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11pt;">Background in MSP, IT services, cloud, or enterprise technology environments</li>
<li style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11pt;">Strong commercial acumen with the ability to connect technical delivery to business value</li>
<li style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11pt;">Confident engaging and influencing senior stakeholders</li>
<li style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11pt;">Structured, proactive approach with strong ownership mindset</li>
