Join us!</p></div><p>The Senior Director, Pricing &amp; Contracting is a strategic enterprise leader responsible for developing and executing Definium Therapeutics’ pricing and contracting strategy, government price reporting, state price transparency compliance, and contract operations for DT-120 ODT. This role ensures that commercial pricing and contracting decisions reflect market dynamics, payer expectations, and the company’s commitment to broad patient access. The position serves as a key advisor to senior leadership and works cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Market Access, and Commercial teams to align strategy and drive execution.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead development and execution of pricing and contracting strategy across all commercial channels</li> <li>Design and manage contracting frameworks for government, payer, and specialty pharmacy partners</li> <li>Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership on competitive pricing intelligence and market dynamics</li> <li>Own all government price reporting obligations including Medicaid Best Price, AMP, ASP, and 340B program compliance</li> <li>Ensure timely and accurate submission of all federal and state price reports</li> <li>Monitor legislative and regulatory developments affecting government pricing</li> <li>Lead contract operations function responsible for contract administration, chargebacks, rebates, and data integrity. Implement and optimize systems and processes to ensure scalable, accurate, and auditable contracting operations</li> <li>Oversee compliance with state price transparency reporting requirements across all relevant jurisdictions</li> <li>Monitor the evolving state regulatory landscape and drive operational readiness for new mandates</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MPH, or equivalent) preferred</li> <li>Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in the pharmaceutical industry in roles of increasing responsibility, with substantial expertise in strategic pricing, contracting strategy, and government price reporting</li> <li>Deep expertise in pricing &amp; contracting strategy development</li> <li>Strong experience in government pricing programs (Medicaid Best Price, AMP, ASP, 340B) and state price transparency requirements</li> <li>Strong proficiency with government price reporting systems and contract management platforms required</li> <li>Proven ability to develop and drive contracting strategy across multiple commercial channels</li> <li>Experience presenting to and influencing senior leadership and executive stakeholders</li> <li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills</li> <li>Builder’s mindset — comfortable creating structure in ambiguous, fast-moving environments</li> <li>Strong cross-functional leadership and collaboration skills</li> <li>Occasional travel required for industry conferences, payer meetings, and internal leadership events</li> </ul> <p>The starting base pay range for this position is $252,365.00 - $290,000.00. Compensation will be determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, skill set, years of experience, and the employee’s geographic location.</p> <p>Employees in this role may be entitled to additional compensation, including bonus and equity.
