About the Role

<div class="content-intro"><p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p></div><p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong><u>Summary</u></strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Modify, service, repair, and overhaul aircraft to ensure airworthiness.</span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong><u>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</u></strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Has intermediate knowledge of all areas of the aircraft and assigned work area.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Accurately interpret maintenance manuals, service bulletins, wire diagrams, system schematics, drawings, engineering orders and other documents from both the client and Greenpoint.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Modify, repair, replace, or otherwise perform routine aircraft maintenance work in specialized area of aircraft.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Properly utilize and maintain Avionics hand tools to perform repairs and installations.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Accurately document work performed as set forth by Greenpoint and customer maintenance programs daily using the standard format.  Prepare routine reports and correspondence.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Fabricate wire bundles and assemblies per drawings and standard practices to include marking of wires, properly securing wires into bundles, and termination of wires into a variety of contacts and connectors.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Troubleshoot issues, replace, or repair parts, test, making necessary adjustments.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Operate ground support equipment e.g. GPUs, Hi-Reach, etc. as required.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Operate test equipment e.g. Pitot Static Cart, Navigation test sets, etc. as required.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Help with general clean-up of work area.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Responsible for accurately clocking to jobs.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Regular and prompt attendance.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Effective and appropriate conduct with coworkers.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Performs other duties as assigned.&nbsp;</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong><u>Competencies</u></strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong><u>Adaptability</u></strong> -
