This individual will deliver clear, actionable advice and high-quality work product in a fast-paced operational environment.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong>The Attorney/Senior Attorney responsibilities include but are not limited to:</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong>Scope &amp; Ownership</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Support day-to-day legal needs of operational departments, including contract drafting, negotiation, and legal interpretation.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Advise on operational matters such as leases, surface use agreements, right-of-way agreements, heavy hauling agreements, and local permitting processes.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Partner with cross-functional teams to facilitate business objectives while managing legal and regulatory risk.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Maintain knowledge of oil &amp; gas laws, particularly in the Appalachian Basin.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Monitor regulatory and industry developments.</span></li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong>Required Experience and Skills:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school; active bar license.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">3+ years relevant experience.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Experience supporting upstream and/or midstream oil &amp; gas operations, including knowledge of laws, rules, and regulations affecting upstream and/or midstream oil and gas operations in the Appalachian Basin.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Strong communication, drafting, and negotiation skills.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;
