Our teams are motivated to provide custom offerings designed to help every potential client make the most of their partnership with Guidepoint.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Guidepoint is seeking qualified candidates for a<strong> VP, Account Executive - Client Service</strong> on the Institutional Healthcare Client Service team<strong>.&nbsp;</strong> This person will promote our subscription-based research service to various business units within existing clients (hedge funds, mutual funds, private equity etc.), in order to grow overall usage.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>This is a Hybrid position in our New York City office.&nbsp;</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Own a portfolio of client accounts that have been clients for 2+ years, ensuring long-term retention and growth</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, renewals, and commercial conversations</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Drive upsell, cross-sell, and package expansions across existing accounts</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Proactively meet clients in person and virtually to strengthen executive relationships</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Identify and activate new users within existing client organizations</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Develop account growth strategies and revenue plans in partnership with service leadership</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Monitor usage trends and intervene strategically to prevent churn</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Serve as senior point of contact for escalations and high-level client discussions</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Partner closely with client service teams to ensure flawless delivery and client satisfaction</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>What You Have:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">3-5 years of experience in account management, relationship management, or consultative sales</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Proven track record managing renewals and negotiating contracts</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Demonstrated success driving upsell and cross-sell revenue</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience managing mid-sized to large B2B client portfolios</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong executive presence and ability to build C-level relationships</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Comfortable conducting in-person client meetings</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Commercially minded, proactive, and highly accountable</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">AI fluency and experience using AI-enabled tools to support research, organization, prioritization, and written communication</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ability to use AI-enabled tools thoughtfully and responsibly, with attention to accuracy, confidentiality, data quality, and human judgment</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Curiosity about emerging technology and a willingness to continue building skills with new tools that improve productivity and client service</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>&nbsp;What We Offer:</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">The annual base salary for this position is $100,000 - $120,000.
