<p style="line-height: 1.4;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">The Client Service team connects Guidepoint’s clients with subject-matter experts to better inform their business decisions. They take the time to understand each client’s specific research needs and deliver the experts closest to the topic, often within hours.</span></p>
<p style="line-height: 1.4;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Play a vital role in Guidepoint’s success.</strong></span></p>
<p style="line-height: 1.4;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">As a Coordinator on the Client Service team, you will be overseeing all administration within your client service team. You will be booking client consultations, tracking projects for the team, and qualifying the experts.</span></p>
<p style="line-height: 1.4;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>This is a hybrid position out of our Athens office.</strong></span></p>

<ul>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Responsible for scheduling bulk telephone consultations for client service teams</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Manage multiple client organization requests and respond within a timely manner</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Coordinate with advisors and clients to confirm telephone consultations</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Leave messages and follow up with Advisors to expedite scheduling projects</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Maintain an updated status of client telephone consultations</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Qualify Advisors via questionnaire to confirm if they are appropriate for consultations</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Follow multiple work streams to help Project Managers and other team members across Athens to organize client requests and track progress on projects</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ongoing communication with experts to confirm availability</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Managing follow-up questions and clarifications</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Assist with ad-hoc requests</span></li>

<p style="line-height: 1.4;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Experience You Will Bring:</strong></span></p>

<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">College degree</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">1-3 years of previous work experience dealing in a high-call volume environment</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Administrative and/or client service experience</span></li>
</ul>
