This role operates at the intersection of analytics, marketing performance, and go-to-market execution, helping translate complex data into clear insights that inform decision-making and improve revenue outcomes.<br><br></p> <p>Operating as a high-impact individual contributor, the Senior Specialist partners closely with Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations, Product, and Finance to support growth initiatives, performance tracking, and optimization efforts. While not a people manager, this role requires strong ownership,<br>analytical rigor, and the ability to influence stakeholders through insight and credibility.<br><br></p> <p><strong>This role will:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own defined analytical and strategic workstreams within broader growth initiatives.</li> <li>Translate data into actionable insights that inform marketing and commercial decisions.</li> <li>Partner cross-functionally to support execution, measurement, and optimization of growth programs.</li> <li>Balance analytical depth with operational discipline in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Growth Insights &amp; Analysis</li> <li>Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing and sales performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across the funnel.</li> <li>Build and maintain analytical models, forecasts, and scenario analyses using advanced Excel and SQL.</li> <li>Develop data-backed insights and recommendations to support growth strategy, campaign optimization, and investment decisions.</li> <li>Create dashboards and recurring performance reports (in collaboration with analytics teams) to track KPIs such as pipeline, conversion rates, CAC, LTV, and ROI.</li> <li>Translate complex analyses into clear, concise insights and narratives for stakeholders and leadership.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Strategic Execution &amp; Project Support</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support high-impact growth initiatives from scoping through execution and post-analysis, owning defined components or workstreams.</li> <li>Structure ambiguous questions into clear analytical approaches and deliverables.</li> <li>Track progress against goals, timelines, and success metrics for assigned initiatives.</li> <li>Identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities and proactively surface recommendations.<br><br></li> </ul> <p><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration</strong></p> <ul> <li>Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations, Product, and Finance to align insights with business objectives.</li> <li>Act as a trusted analytical partner to stakeholders, providing clarity and data-driven guidance.</li> <li>Facilitate working sessions and data reviews to support alignment, problem-solving, and execution.</li> <li>Influence without authority by grounding recommendations in data and business impact.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Performance Optimization</strong></p> <ul> <li>Monitor campaign and channel performance and recommend optimizations to improve effectiveness and efficiency.</li> <li>Support forecasting and target-setting activities by providing analytical inputs and performance insights.</li> <li>Contribute to test-and-learn initiatives, including experimentation, A/B testing, and performance retrospectives.</li> <li>Help identify growth bottlenecks and opportunities to improve processes, measurement, and ROMI.<br><br></li> </ul> <p><strong>Key Qualifications &amp; Experience</strong></p> <p><strong>Minimum Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>5–7 years of professional experience in analytics, strategy, marketing operations, business operations, or a related field.</li> <li>Strong analytical and data fluency, including advanced Excel (modeling, forecasting, scenario<br>analysis) and SQL.</li> <li>Experience working with BI and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) and performance dashboards.</li> <li>Proven ability to distill complex data into clear insights and recommendations.</li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, with comfort presenting insights to senior stakeholders.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality outputs under tight timelines.</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree required (business, economics, or STEM field preferred).<br>Preferred Qualifications</li> <li>Experience in a high-growth tech, SaaS, or data-driven organization.</li> <li>Exposure to marketing tech stacks (CRM, marketing automation, web analytics).</li> <li>Familiarity with experimentation methodologies (A/B testing, cohort analysis).</li> <li>Working knowledge of additional analytical tools or languages (e.g., Python).</li> <li>Experience collaborating across global or distributed teams.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Competencies &amp;
