Interim Consumer Engagement Manager at Monster Energy

<h2>A Day in the Life:</h2> <p>In the position of Consumer Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for the management and execution of Monster&nbsp;Energy’s brand portfolio sampling and local marketing initiatives within a defined market. Accountable for growing brand&nbsp;awareness and consumer loyalty. Manage a schedule of part time Ambassadors and a Sr. Ambassador (not applicable in&nbsp;all geographies).</p> <h2>The Impact You'll Make:</h2> <ul> <li>Collaborate with Brand Managers, local sales team, and Field Marketing Managers (FMM) to customize and execute&nbsp;events/programs aligned with the brands’ sampling platforms.</li> <li>Provide consistent direction, coaching, and communication to maintain brand accuracy in the Monster brand&nbsp;experiences and sampling.</li> <li>Recruit, hire, train, and manage part time Ambassadors</li> <li>Research, secure, and manage execution of local events and partnerships</li> <li>Plan and manage all aspects of the event planning process: pre, during, and post duties including: personnel, product delivery/distribution, transportation, supplies, contracts, insurance, permits</li> <li>Increase market knowledge and identify various groups and organizations with the targeted demographic in which to&nbsp;partner</li> <li>Diligently prepares ambassadors for superior customer interactions and flawless event executions</li> <li>Adhere to deadlines for administrative tasks including, but not limited to, reporting and recapping data for the region</li> <li>Respond in a timely manner to Director and Regional Field Manager</li> <li>Maintaining company assets (Storage Facilities, Inventory, Vehicles, Equipment)</li> </ul> <h2>Who You Are:</h2> <ul> <li>Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of ‐‐Marketing or other related fields</li> <li>Additional Experience Desired: Between 1‐3 years of experience in Event Marketing/Grassroots/Special Event/Promotions</li> <li>Additional Experience Desired: Between 1‐3 years of experience in team management experience</li> <li>Computer Skills Desired: Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Outlook &amp; Excel, in addition to internet usage</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>Monster Energy provides competitive total compensation.
