<p data-start="781" data-end="1295">We are looking to hire a <strong>Client Engagement Advisor</strong> (Sr. BDR) to join our growing sales organization. This role is ideal for a high-performing, metrics-driven outbound professional with experience prospecting into IT organizations across key technology pillars such as Cloud, Cybersecurity, Networking, or Managed Services.</p>
<p data-start="1023" data-end="1361">As a Sr. BDR, you will take ownership of new business development by identifying, engaging, and nurturing prospective clients to generate qualified pipeline and drive revenue growth. You should thrive in a high-activity, fast-paced environment, be confident in cold calling, and have a proven ability to engage senior IT stakeholders.</p>
<p data-start="1363" data-end="1462">This position reports to the Manager, Client Engagement on the BDR West team. </p>
<p data-ccp-border-between="0px none #000000" data-ccp-padding-between="0px"><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong><span data-contrast="none">Key Responsibilities</span></strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li data-start="1500" data-end="1656">Proactively identify, engage, and qualify prospective customers through outbound channels including <strong data-start="1600" data-end="1654">cold calling, email sequencing, and social selling</strong>.</li>
<li data-start="1659" data-end="1775">Consistently execute <strong data-start="1680" data-end="1719">80–100+ outbound activities per day</strong> across multiple channels to generate net-new pipeline<strong>.</strong></li>
<li data-start="1778" data-end="1914">Build, segment, and prioritize targeted prospect lists using tools such as ZoomInfo, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Seamless.AI.</li>
<li data-start="1917" data-end="2068">Engage <strong data-start="1924" data-end="1946">IT decision-makers</strong> (CIO, CTO, VP/Director of IT, Infrastructure, Network, Security) to uncover business needs and drive qualified meetings.</li>
<li data-start="2071" data-end="2217">Partner closely with Account Executives (AEs), AVPs, and Marketing to refine messaging, improve conversion rates, and maximize pipeline creation.</li>
<li data-start="2220" data-end="2351">Develop a strong understanding of the company’s <strong data-start="2268" data-end="2307">multi-solution technology portfolio</strong> and how it aligns to customer pain points.</li>
<li data-start="2354" data-end="2467">Accurately track activities, performance metrics, and pipeline in <strong data-start="2420" data-end="2465">Salesforce and sales engagement platforms</strong></li>
<li data-start="2470" data-end="2605">Stay informed on <strong data-start="2487" data-end="2556">market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive positioning</strong> to continuously improve outreach effectiveness.</li>
</ul>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong><span data-contrast="none">Required Qualifications</span></strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li data-start="1993" data-end="2133"><strong>3–6+</strong> years of business development or outbound sales experience, ideally within <strong>IT Services, SaaS, Telecommunications</strong>, or related industries, with a strong preference for backgrounds in Cloud, Cybersecurity, Networking, CX/AI, or Managed Services (MSP/VAR).</li>
<li data-start="2136" data-end="2276">Proven track record of <strong data-start="2159" data-end="2224">meeting or exceeding outbound activity and quota expectations</strong> through consistent effort and conversion success.</li>
<li data-start="2279" data-end="2406">Strong cold-calling, sequencing, and outbound prospecting skills with demonstrated ability to generate net-new opportunities.</li>
<li data-start="2409" data-end="2532">Expertise in <strong data-start="2422" data-end="2486">list building, lead qualification, and prospect segmentation</strong> aligned to an ideal customer profile (ICP).</li>
<li data-start="2535" data-end="2649">Experience prospecting into <strong data-start="2563" data-end="2599">IT and technical decision-makers</strong> within mid-market and enterprise organizations.</li>
<li data-start="2652" data-end="2761">Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; confident engaging C-level and technical stakeholders.</li>
<li data-start="2764" data-end="2866">Proficiency with <strong data-start="2781" data-end="2835">Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Apollo, and sequencing tools</strong> (e.g., Outreach, SalesLoft).</li>
<li data-start="2869" data-end="2989">Highly <strong data-start="2876" data-end="2924">data-driven, organized, and process-oriented</strong>, with strong attention to follow-through and pipeline hygiene.</li>
<li data-start="2992" data-end="3108"><strong data-start="2992" data-end="3036">Self-motivated, coachable, and resilient</strong>, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced sales environment.</li>
</ul>

<li data-section-id="qti1sd" data-start="345" data-end="559"><strong data-start="347" data-end="379">Flexible Meeting Attendance:</strong> Must be able to attend meetings scheduled, regardless of timing or time zone. While extended hours are generally not required, being present for booked meetings is essential</li>
<li data-section-id="88ejcb" data-start="560" data-end="700"><strong data-start="562" data-end="580">Collaborative:</strong> Demonstrated ability to work effectively with account teams and cross-functional stakeholders to achieve shared goals</li>

<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Salary Range</strong></span></p>
<p>Employees new to UPSTACK typically come in at the start of the pay range. UPSTACK focuses on providing a simple and transparent pay structure, which is based on a variety of factors, including location, experience, and job-related skills. </p>
<p><em><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335557856":16777215,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}">The base salary range for this role is $60,000.00 annually, plus participation in the variable commissions structure of $50,000.00+ (uncapped). </span></em></p>
