Together, we RISE.</p> <p><strong>Our Core Values:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Honoring Commitments</li> <li>Precision</li> <li>Unquenchable Curiosity</li> <li>Stewardship</li> <li>Being a Great Partner</li> <li>Inspire Others with Your Attitude&nbsp;</li> <li>Finding A Way, despite any obstacles</li> <li>Taking Ownership</li> </ul></div><h1>What you will do</h1> <ul> <li>Respond to inbound inquiries and conduct initial outreach and qualification.</li> <li>Research prospective communities in the Houston market, their decision-makers, current management arrangements, and service needs.</li> <li>Prepare concise discovery and research briefs for business development leadership.</li> <li>Keep Pipedrive accurate, including contact records, opportunity stages, follow-up dates, and next steps.</li> <li>Coordinate prospect meetings, community visits, presentations, and timely follow-up.</li> <li>Prepare and customize proposals, presentations, and other prospect-facing materials with Director input.</li> <li>Conduct targeted outbound calls and emails to associations and industry contacts.</li> <li>Use AI and other tools thoughtfully to improve research, documentation, and repeatable sales workflows.</li> </ul> <h1>What you bring</h1> <ul> <li>Strong organization, dependable follow-through, and sound judgment when handling several deadlines.</li> <li>Professional phone and email communication and polished client-facing writing.</li> <li>Curiosity and resourcefulness in finding and checking information.</li> <li>Comfort with outreach, persistent follow-up, and learning unfamiliar technology.</li> <li>Coachability, accountability, and motivation to improve measurable results.</li> <li>Proficiency with Microsoft 365; a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local meetings and events.</li> </ul> <p>Experience in sales support, business development, marketing, customer service, administrative coordination, or a similar role is preferred. CRM, proposal, real estate, property management, or community association experience is helpful.
