act as a clear, patient teacher and mentor.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Maintain and organize technical resources: equipment inventory, maintenance schedules, firmware updates, and vendor relationships.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Coordinate with Project Managers, survey supervisors, CAD/GIS teams, and vendors to ensure technical requirements are&nbsp;met&nbsp;and workflows integrate across disciplines.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Track outcomes from R&amp;D pilots, recommend process improvements, and support&nbsp;adoption&nbsp;metrics and reporting.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> </ul> <h2>Who You Are</h2> <ul> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Geomatics, GIS, Civil Engineering, or related field — or equivalent hands on surveying/technical experience.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Typically 3–7+ years of experience with survey equipment and field workflows; exact requirements are flexible and will be evaluated case by case based on demonstrated technical skill.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Deep working knowledge of survey hardware and field software (GNSS/RTK, total stations, UAVs, LiDAR/point-cloud tools, Trimble/Leica/Topcon or similar).</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Proven ability to troubleshoot equipment in the field and complete projects to deliverable quality.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Experience developing SOPs and training materials, and delivering effective hands-on training.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Highly organized, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple pilot projects and rollout tasks.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Strong written and verbal communication skills;
