People who love building great products, redefining what is possible with AI, and turning complexity into elegant, scalable solutions.</p> <p data-start="241" data-end="492">As<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span><strong data-start="681" data-end="721">Marketing Ops &amp; Lifecycle Specialist</strong>, you will join a growing marketing team and work directly with the Head of Marketing to build and maintain the systems that keep the go-to-market engine running.</p> <h2 data-section-id="1f4ns8" data-start="885" data-end="896">The role</h2> <p data-start="898" data-end="1232">This is a<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span>generalist operations role in the best sense. You will work directly with the Head of Marketing to build and maintain the systems that keep the go-to-market engine running: including<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span>Salesforce CRM configuration, attribution and dashboards, lead lifecycle workflows, reporting, and the broader marketing tech stack.</p> <p data-start="1234" data-end="1302">You will<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span>not inherit a finished system. You will help build one.</p> <p data-start="1304" data-end="1498">The role is suited to someone who is comfortable<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span>owning tooling, has a clear head for data and process, and wants genuine scope to shape how a marketing function operates from the ground up.</p> <h2>Responsibilities</h2> <h3 data-section-id="1mpq1hp" data-start="1223" data-end="1264">Marketing Operations &amp; CRM Management</h3> <p data-start="1266" data-end="1311">Own and manage our Salesforce CRM, including:</p> <ul data-start="1313" data-end="1436"> <li data-section-id="16mfxsi" data-start="1313" data-end="1355"> <p data-start="1315" data-end="1355">Configuration and ongoing optimisation</p> </li> <li data-section-id="zzvu0y" data-start="1356" data-end="1398"> <p data-start="1358" data-end="1398">Data integrity and database management</p> </li> <li data-section-id="1vhhasd" data-start="1399" data-end="1436"> <p data-start="1401" data-end="1436">User access and system governance</p> </li> </ul> <p data-start="1438" data-end="1522">Design and implement scalable processes that support marketing and sales operations.</p> <p data-start="1524" data-end="1626">Develop and maintain CRM structures that ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and pipeline visibility.</p> <h3 data-section-id="1mmtudn" data-start="1633" data-end="1665">Lead Lifecycle &amp; Attribution</h3> <p data-start="1667" data-end="1747">Design and manage the<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span>lead lifecycle<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span>from first touch through sales handoff.</p> <p data-start="1749" data-end="1845">Build and maintain<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span>marketing attribution models<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span>to measure channel and campaign performance.</p> <p data-start="1847" data-end="1934">Define and enforce<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span>UTM frameworks and tracking standards<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span>across marketing channels.</p> <p data-start="1936" data-end="2051">Develop and iterate on<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span>lead scoring models<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span>within Salesforce to support sales qualification and prioritisation.</p> <h3 data-section-id="11z1vks" data-start="2058" data-end="2097">Reporting &amp; Performance Measurement</h3> <p data-start="2099" data-end="2168">Build and maintain<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span>marketing dashboards and reporting frameworks.</p> <p data-start="2170" data-end="2257">Produce weekly and monthly<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span>marketing performance reports<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span>for internal stakeholders.</p> <p data-start="2259" data-end="2360">Support campaign measurement, performance analysis, and<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span>ROI tracking<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span>across the marketing funnel.</p> <p data-start="2362" data-end="2466">Ensure reporting structures provide<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span>clear visibility into pipeline development and marketing impact.</p> <h3 data-section-id="19ort9t" data-start="2473" data-end="2530">Marketing Technology &amp; Cross-Functional Collaboration</h3> <p data-start="2532" data-end="2646">Manage integrations across the<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span>marketing technology stack, including marketing automation and analytics tools.</p> <p data-start="2648" data-end="2769">Collaborate closely with<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span>sales, marketing, and operations teams<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span>to align reporting standards and pipeline visibility.</p> <p data-start="2771" data-end="2852">Support vendor relationships and ensure systems operate efficiently and reliably.</p> <p data-start="2854" data-end="2961">Work with internal stakeholders to continuously improve<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span>marketing processes, tooling, and data quality.</p> <h2>Qualifications</h2> <ul data-start="2987" data-end="3731"> <li data-section-id="1dvgfge" data-start="2987" data-end="3051"> <p data-start="2989" data-end="3051">Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field</p> </li> <li data-section-id="1gh3dbd" data-start="3052" data-end="3149"> <p data-start="3054" data-end="3149">3–5 years of experience<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span>in marketing operations, revenue operations, or CRM-focused roles</p> </li> <li data-section-id="jgtife" data-start="3150" data-end="3232"> <p data-start="3152" data-end="3232">Hands-on<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span>Salesforce experience;
