This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a customer-oriented approach.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Compensation is $18-22 per hour, depending on experience.</strong></span></p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></span></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Coordinate and Dispatch Technicians:</strong>&nbsp;Schedule and dispatch Service Technicians to customer locations based on service requests and urgency.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Customer Interaction:</strong>&nbsp;Take customer calls, schedule appointments, and provide information about services, pricing, and scheduling.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Communication:</strong>&nbsp;Ensure technicians have the necessary information and resources to complete their tasks.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Record Keeping:</strong>&nbsp;Maintain accurate records of service calls, appointments, and customer information.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Routing:</strong>&nbsp;Optimize routes for technicians to maximize productivity and minimize travel time.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Problem Resolution:</strong>&nbsp;Address and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Reporting:</strong>&nbsp;Assist in preparing reports related to job status, daily activities, and dispatched calls.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Collaboration:</strong>&nbsp;Work with the management team to forecast scheduling needs based on seasonal changes or customer demands.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Qualifications:</strong></span></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Experience:</strong>&nbsp;1-2 years of prior experience in dispatching or customer service roles, preferably in the HVAC/building automation or construction industries.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Skills:</strong>&nbsp;Strong organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, basic computer skills.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Knowledge:</strong>&nbsp;Familiarity with building automation controls systems and terminology is a plus.</span></li> </ul> <p><span
