In this role, you will play a vital part in coordinating patient appointments and ensuring the seamless delivery of home health services. Your contributions will directly impact our mission of providing high-quality care that supports individuals in aging with dignity.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <p>The Scheduler ensures schedules are prepared to meet demands for service and visit assignments in accordance with the plan of care and state and federal regulations.
