<p>The Scheduler ensures schedules are prepared to meet demands for service and visit assignments in accordance with the plan of care and state and federal regulations. As a Scheduler you will:</p>
<ul>
<li>Support direct care of patients by providing field staff scheduling and making adjustments to schedules to accommodate physician orders</li>
<li>Review scheduling request report and makes changes to the schedule as requested</li>
<li>Process therapy reassessment warning and ensures functional assessments are scheduled</li>
<li>Manually enters visits completed by therapy staff and ensures functional assessments are flagged appropriately</li>
<li>Prepare, run, and distribute reports from clinical software systems to healthcare team as needed</li>
<li>Be responsible to ensure the use of the 4Ms (What Matters to the patient, Medications, Mentation, and Mobility) and provide Age-Friendly Care</li>
</ul>
<p><br><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Two years administrative experience in an office environment, preferably in healthcare</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office</li>
